This role is pivotal in guiding both accounting and operational teams, with a focus on improving financial visibility, strengthening cash management, and supporting scalable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, managing a small team, and providing executive-level oversight across various financial operations. Strategic guidance on growth planning, profitability improvement, and financial discipline within a consumer products environment is also a key aspect of the position. Applicants for the Interim Fractional CFO role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, including a background in consumer goods businesses with expertise in retail, wholesale distribution, and e-commerce operations. The role requires a strong command of cash flow analysis, capital management, financial reporting, and close processes, as well as experience in supervising accounting personnel and collaborating with cross-functional operations teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the ability to work onsite 3-4 days per week are essential.
