This individual will assist the internal team in processing sales orders specifically in purchasing, receiving, shipping/export documentation and invoicing.Role ResponsibilitiesHandle receiving of products at all warehouses and processing via the systemAssist Logistics Manager in all aspects from container booking, loading, document and B/L instructions, preparing UPS packages, sample packing etc.Assist traders in obtaining international registration documentationProvide logistics and sales support in absence of logistics and sales staffCoordinate and resolve any shipping discrepancies with pickups and/or deliveriesCoordinate damage and credit issues with the appropriate entities.All other duties as assignedPosition RequirementsMust be able to read, write and speak both English & Arabic fluently at advanced levelsStrong computer skills in MS Office (especially Excel, Word)Preferred QualificationsKnowledge or experience in Microsoft Dynamics would be ideal but not requiredBackground in ocean/domestic freight, logistics, export documentation marketing is preferred.35 years of relevant work experienceOtherAll offers are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screeningNo company visa sponsorshipsNo phone call or walk in inquiries for this position, apply online to be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr
