Job Summary
As a Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Technician, you will play a critical role in the diagnostic process, performing laboratory procedures that assist in patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and precision.
- Analyzing, interpreting, and effectively communicating test results to healthcare teams.
- Adhering to quality control and assurance protocols to maintain high standards.
- Performing maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field.
- ASCP certification required within 9 months of employment.
