Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Maintenance Mechanic with a strong background in industrial maintenance. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment within a warehouse setting while minimizing downtime, optimizing equipment performance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on conveyor systems, forklifts, packaging machinery, and other warehouse equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Complete preventive maintenance plans to support equipment reliability and longevity.
• Repair malfunctioning equipment promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.
• Install and set up new machinery as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance team members to resolve complex equipment issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and identify and correct equipment or workplace hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Provide input for the development of maintenance procedures and manuals.
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in various temperatures and weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
