Shipping & Receiving Associate

We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse and production operations. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. The ideal candidate will assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling while following established procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing materials and products.
• Verify quantities, weights, and product information for accuracy.
• Use a computer system to track shipments, inventory, and receiving records.
• Complete shipping paperwork, including packing slips and bills of lading.
• Move materials to designated warehouse or production areas.
• Support inventory control and storage activities.
• Assist with production and distribution tasks as needed.
• Report equipment issues or material discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required—training provided.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
