LEASING ASSOCIATE

Churchill Residential is seeking an energetic Leasing Associate for Evergreen at Hulen Bend , a 237-unit senior living community . In this role, you will serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for prospective residents and play a key part in delivering a welcoming experience from first visit through lease signing. You will be responsible for greeting and engaging prospects, professionally presenting the community’s features and benefits, and working to secure lease agreements from qualified individuals. You will also assist in planning and coordinating resident service activities that enhance the day-to-day lifestyle of our residents. What you’ll do Act as the property’s primary leasing representative for tours, inquiries, and follow-up communication Present community information clearly and professionally to prospects and families Support the leasing process by helping qualify prospects and securing lease agreements Plan, coordinate, and support resident services and lifestyle programming Ensure all activities comply with TDHCA guidelines and align with Fair Housing and ADA requirements Use Microsoft Office tools to support reporting, correspondence, and documentation What we’re looking for Previous leasing experience in a related industry required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to compliance and customer service Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products A positive, resident-focused attitude and ability to represent the community with professionalism Schedule: Full-time, may work Saturdays #J-18808-Ljbffr
