Assistant Branch Manager Details:
- Temporary position
- $26.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday )
The Assistant Branch Manager partners with the Branch Manager to lead all aspects of branch operations, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service, employee development, safety, compliance, inventory accuracy, and profitable growth. This role serves as a leader by example, promotes core values, and assumes responsibility for branch operations in the Branch Manager's absence.
Assistant Branch Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field with 2+ years of leadership experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
- Experience supervising warehouse or industrial distribution operations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Prophet 21 or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
