Crunch Fitness in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an experienced Membership Manager who can build a dynamic culture for our employees and an energizing environment for our members. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned manager with a spirit to drive strategic, operational, and financial performance at our newest location while having fun! Fitness experience is not necessary as we will welcome a management background in retail, hospitality or the restaurant industry. The successful candidate will be a positive-minded, motivated and results-driven professional with the ability to influence a diverse group of people. He/she will be an excellent communicator and will have the exciting opportunity to grow their career with us while shaping our vision for the future. · Ability to lead a team to success by being a motivated, driven, self-starter

· 4 year college degree preferred

· 4 years management experience required

· Fitness management experience a plus

· Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification(CPR)

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Strong leadership, organizational and customer service skills

· Excellent computer skills

This position offers a salary plus commissions and bonuses based on your individual and club's performance.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
