About The Role Allied Emergency Services is hiring About The Role Allied Emergency Services is hiring Remote Appointment Setters to book qualified inspections for our roofing and storm restoration team. You’ll call/text homeowners from inbound leads, warm lists, and follow-up campaigns to set appointments for roof inspections (hail/wind/storm-related). This is a results role—great for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, and consistent. What you’ll do Call and text homeowners to set roof inspection appointments Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows (same-day confirmations) Follow scripts and objection handling (provided) Update outcomes in our CRM (notes, tags, next steps) Coordinate schedules with the field team What we provide Call scripts + objection handling Lead sources (inbound + follow-up lists) CRM access and simple tracking system Coaching and performance feedback Growth path into Lead Setter / Team Lead / Recruiting Pay structure (transparent) You May Be Paid By Per qualified appointment set + bonuses (top earning potential), and/or Hourly/base + performance bonuses (for reliable consistency) Exact structure depends on experience, availability, and performance.
