PR Coordinator
Women's wear fashion industry leader seeking a dynamic PR Coordinator to join our team in Manhattan, where the pulse of the creator economy beats strongest. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of TikTok Shop's expansion and manage creator campaigns that drive brand engagement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day management of TikTok Shop creator campaigns in collaboration with the PR team.
- Oversee campaign calendars, ensuring cross-functional alignment on strategy, execution, and timely reporting.
- Manage creator vetting, onboarding, and content approval processes for campaigns involving 50-200 creators.
- Support live strategy for TikTok Shop, coordinating with social media and creative teams to enhance live shopping experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to amplify content across other channels based on performance metrics.
- Generate weekly reports analyzing creator performance and campaign success against KPIs.
- Stay informed on TikTok trends and provide recommendations for innovative campaign execution.
- Support budget management and foster a positive team environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in creator or influencer relations, particularly with TikTok or TikTok Shop.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when working with high-profile individuals.
- Ability to evaluate and analyze influencer performance using key metrics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, organized, and resourceful with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
