Territory Sales Manager (Greater Pittsburgh Region)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Manager to spearhead our market expansion in the Greater Pittsburgh area. In this role, you will identify and partner with corporate clients to elevate their brands through high-quality custom promotional products, laser engraving, and personalized corporate awards. This is more than a traditional sales job. You will have a direct hand in our e-commerce growth by identifying high-demand product niches and influencing our evolving catalog. Responsibilities

• B2B Growth: Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial accounts through proactive regional networking and sales.
• Trend & Product Innovation: Research market trends and seasonal demands to pitch innovative product designs, helping to expand our personalized product catalog.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor local and e-commerce competitors to ensure our pricing, product selection, and value remain best in class.
• Pipeline Management: Autonomously manage your sales pipeline and regularly collaborate with management and the shop owner regarding leads, and product performance.

Qualifications

• Sales Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience is highly preferred. Experience in promotional products, corporate gifting, print, advertising, or custom apparel is a massive plus.
• A Creative Mindset: A genuine interest in product personalization, engraving, graphic layouts, or custom-made goods.
• Drive: A self-starter who excels at managing a regional territory independently and hitting deadlines.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (~75% regional travel), and the ability to pass a standard pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening, and drug test.

Pay range and compensation package

• Structured for Success: Your initial 90 days feature a probationary base + commission plan tailored to your experience. Post-probation, your earning potential scales quickly via performance bonuses tied directly to sales.
