NOW HIRING: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (COTA)

Location: Shelton, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $30–$45/hour

We are seeking a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join an outpatient pediatric clinic in Shelton, CT.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric patients
• Evaluate patients and administer appropriate assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Address fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, ADLs, self-regulation, and developmental skills
• Provide parent/caregiver education and home recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with Speech, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, and other clinical professionals
  

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut COTA license required
• AOTA certification, as applicable
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric occupational therapy experience required
• Pediatric outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
