Sales Account Executive (Charleston)

What Is a 3PL?

A Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company helps businesses manage the transportation and movement of their products. Freight Flex acts as an extension of our customers' businesses by connecting them with trusted carriers, providing transportation expertise and technology, and ensuring freight moves efficiently from origin to destination.

The Opportunity

Position starts January 4th, 2027. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates who are interested in building a career in sales and logistics. Previous sales experience is not required. We provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and develop relationships with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts.
• Identify customer transportation needs and provide Freight Flex logistics solutions.
• Prospect new business through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other sales activities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts.
• Grow customer relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
• Partner with internal operations and carrier teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.

Compensation:

• $45,000–$50,000 base salary
• 12% commission
• $75,000–$120,000+ first-year earning potential
