Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Line Cook based in Milwaukee, WI. The Line Cook will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of menu items to meet established quality and presentation standards. Daily tasks include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, following food safety standards, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. The Line Cook will also assist in inventory management and ensure that ingredients are well-stocked and properly stored.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and portion control
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality standards
- Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation procedures, and food storage practices
- Teamwork skills with a strong ability to collaborate in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous kitchen experience or culinary training preferred
- Passion for delivering high-quality food with attention to detail and presentation
