***This position provides a 50% split with all tips and averages $800-$900 additional/month during peak season (May-September) ***

We pride ourselves on locally sourced, fresh farm-to-table ingredients. From our famous cracker-style pizzas to gourmet breakfast sandwiches and catering, we are a fast-growing community hub where the opportunity is truly endless. Please note: The hourly compensation range includes the projected/historical revenue from a 50% split on Tips. Hourly compensation will be $18-$23, with Tips averaging an additional $5-$6.
The Opportunity
We are looking for motivated Line Cooks to join us on the ground floor. This isn't just a job; it’s a place where you can be creative. You’ll have the chance to help create your own products to sell in the market, assist with our "Grab & Go" line, and even help us build our emerging catering company.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
- Work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to maintain our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure every guest has a "lakeside flavor" experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook (preferred).
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and a hunger to learn.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-moving kitchen.
- A passion for local food and great service.
- Management experience is a plus.
- Full time and Part time opportunities are available.
