Phlebotomy Supervisor

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee 20-30+ phlebotomists across Patient Service Centers in the Mission Viejo area. The role involves team management, scheduling, performance monitoring, and operational oversight while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage team of 20-30+ phlebotomists across multiple locations
• Coordinate schedules, manage patient flow, monitor inventory and productivity metrics
• Perform payroll, schedule coordination, and performance appraisals for staff
• Hire, train, and conduct disciplinary actions with HR partnership
• Collect specimens, resolve patient/client issues, and assist with new center setup

Requirements

• Valid California State phlebotomy license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years old with valid driver's license
• 3+ years phlebotomy experience in clinical or hospital setting
• 3+ years supervisory, managerial, or team leader experience
• Pass standardized color blindness test and maintain clean driving record
• Associate degree or higher preferred

Compensation: $75,000 - $94,474 annually
