You will engage with customers, handle food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure that all restaurant areas run smoothly. This position requires a team-oriented approach, a customer service mindset, and a commitment to quality in all areas of restaurant operations.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (JTA)1. Provide Customer ServiceExecutes the Little Caesars Customer Promise – Serves each customer their perfect pizza, exactly when they want it and how they want it with a smile, every time!Executes suggestive selling to enhance the guest experienceProvide accurate orders 100% of the time2. Maintain Shift CleanlinessUses all daily and weekly checklists and leverages technology to completeClean as you go throughout the shiftDelivers spotless restaurant cleanlinessACCOUNTABILITIES:Keeps Manager on duty promptly and fully informed of all issues (i.e. problems, unusual matters of significance and positive events) and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.Supports a positive working environment with positive actions.Able to perform all position responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.Maintains a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative working atmosphere, which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIES:Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. With input, support and approval from the manager on duty or Upper Management.
