Administrative Assistant

Sirius Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Whitsett, NC. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role provides administrative support to multiple departments, coordinates office activities, maintains documentation, and serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the operations team
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Answer phones and respond to emails professionally and promptly
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents
• Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
• Track and monitor shipments, orders, or other items through required track-and-trace processes
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments as needed
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 35 years of administrative assistant or office support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with track-and-trace processes required
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Good understanding of business operations
• Strong written communication skills
• Event or project coordination experience
• Content creation and photo editing or storytelling experience
• High proficiency with PowerPoint
