What You'll Do You’ll work closely with our litigation team to help clients navigate disputes, claims, and business challenges with confidence. Your work will include: Supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case intake through trial and resolution Drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents Managing case files, deadlines, calendars, and court filings Coordinating document collection, organization, and production Assisting with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and mediation Communicating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third‑party vendors Conducting factual research and helping maintain accurate case records Collaborating with attorneys and team members to deliver exceptional client service What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Have prior litigation paralegal experience Possess strong organizational and project management skills Are detail‑oriented and take pride in producing high‑quality work Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing accuracy Take ownership of your work and proactively solve problems Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team Are driven to learn, grow, and make an impact Value integrity, professionalism, and doing things the right way What You’ll Find Here We believe talented people do their best work when they're supported, challenged, and given opportunities to grow.
