Warehouse Replenishment Rep; 5 Am Start (Power Equip Exp Required) $17.50

Warehouse Replenishment is responsible for reporting to an assigned area and picking orders using power equipment to move product to a designated area according to an assigned product task sheet. The associate scans multiple bins using United technology and moves product using power equipment, while maintaining the safety/sanitation/security of the warehouse environment. He or she appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures. Associates should be flexible to perform other functions such as inventory control, pulling and preparing items for shipment when needed.

Responsibilities include receiving daily assigned task sheet, scanning and verifying the quantity, size, and product type using United technology; working at heights to pick product by hand and move using cherry picker or other power equipment; moving cases or bottles to designated area to replenish bottle line using United technology; completing quality assurance documents when location inaccuracy is determined; keeping appropriate records to guarantee inventory control, rotation of stock, and security are maintained; assisting with physical inventories as required; performing and submitting a daily power equipment check list to the appropriate manager; reporting in writing any safety or mechanical problems with the power equipment; operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner; conducting operations and maintaining the facility in a neat, clean, orderly, and safe manner; assisting in maintaining the security of the warehouse; and performing other duties as assigned.

Working conditions include frequently working at heights and wearing a safety harness while operating cherry picker or other power equipment; maintaining very high proficiency and job standards while working in a non-temperature controlled environment that includes exposure to heat, high humidity, and inclement weather; occasionally working in refrigerated areas; working in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels and some dust and fumes from power equipment.

Physical requirements and essential functions include regular, reliable attendance; frequently operating power equipment at heights, stepping on and off power equipment while lifting and moving cases of product on and off power equipment; standing and walking for extended periods, reaching with arms and hands, lifting and carrying, and using hands and fingers to handle or feel; stacking, unstacking and relocating large amounts of product throughout the day; repeatedly performing greater than average lifting up to 50-65 lbs, with some overhead reaching and lifting required; exhibiting good balance while working at heights; and having specific vision abilities that include close vision, distance vision and the ability to judge distance.
