About the Opportunity

If you're ready to take ownership of projects from the first bid to the final punch list, this role is built for you. We're a well-established electrical contractor in the Cleveland area , known for high-quality work, a collaborative culture, and a focus on commercial, institutional, and light industrial projects in our local market.

You'll combine the precision of an Estimator with the leadership of a Project Manager , overseeing jobs cradle-to-grave. No massive corporate red tape-just a team that values accountability, teamwork, and results.
What You'll Do

• Prepare competitive, accurate estimates using Accubid (preferred) or similar software
• Manage awarded projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reporting
• Deliver projects that build trust, repeat business, and pride in craftsmanship

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in electrical construction estimating and project management (commercial, institutional, light industrial)
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Accubid estimating software (preferred)
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical construction-not low voltage
• Leadership: Track record of taking full ownership of projects, from bid to completion
• Work Style: Dependable, team-oriented, and accountable in a family-style environment
