Our compensation model is designed to reward strong performance while giving attorneys the resources and support necessary to build sustainable, successful careers. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You must have a passion for family law and, unrelated but essential, a sense of humor. In this role, you will: Manage family law cases from consultation through final resolution Build trusted relationships with clients through exceptional communication and advocacy Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Represent clients in mediations, hearings, settlement conferences, and trials when necessary Negotiate thoughtful, practical solutions that help clients move forward Utilize the firm’s innovative technology and systems to efficiently manage cases and client communication Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to deliver exceptional client service Mentor junior attorneys as opportunities arise Contribute to a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented culture QUALIFICATIONS We’re looking for someone who wants more than their next job.
