Now Hiring Associate Attorney - Family Law Position Full-Time Associate Attorney Location Cottonwood Heights, Utah Experience Two to seven years of legal experience preferred Compensation Competitive salary, depending on experience Why Join Schmidt Law Firm? Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and related legal documents. Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff. Maintain accurate billing and case management. Qualifications Active Utah State Bar license in good standing. Two to seven years of legal experience preferred. Family law experience preferred. Excellent writing, litigation, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and sound professional judgment. Judicial clerkship experience and prior family law litigation experience are welcomed but not required.
