Position: Litigation Attorney (Domestic Law, 4–5 Years Experience) Location: Utah About the Opportunity A busy and dynamic law practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 4–5 years of experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who thrives in the courtroom, has strong legal writing skills, and is eager to grow under the mentorship of a highly respected attorney with a thriving practice. Key Responsibilities Handle a variety of litigation matters, with a primary focus on domestic law. Support and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, including probate litigation and business divorces. Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials. Contribute to a collaborative team while also building an independent practice. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. 4–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to family/domestic law. Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills. Willingness to focus primarily on domestic law while assisting with probate and business divorce matters. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Join?
