What You'll DoEncourage children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum, including identifying shapes, numbers, colors, and engaging in crafts.
Employ a variety of educational techniques, such as storytelling, educational play, and media, to teach children and foster a love for learning.
Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Guide children to develop social competencies and build self-esteem by observing and responding to their individual needs.
Organize and supervise nap and snack hours, ensuring the children's safety at all times.
Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's backgrounds and psyches.
Track children's progress and communicate with parents using our software systems.
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom that meets health and safety standards.
Encourage children to interact with each other and help them resolve occasional arguments in a constructive manner.
Requirements- Must clear background check
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Preschool Teacher
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
- Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- CPR and mandatory trainings may be completed after hire
- Bilingual teacher would be much appreciated*
CPR and First aid certified
