Requirements

• Required certification: Labor & Delivery
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Labor, post-partum, antepartum, cesarean section, post-op, newborn care 3. Certifications: RN/BLS/ACLS/Advanced NRP/Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Relias Fetal Heart Monitoring) required 4. License: Oregon State License or proof of OR license application/fingerprints required with submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required for RNs; must complete EPIC Test Out Module 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights 18:30-07:00; at least every other weekend; no on-call required; some holidays required 8. RTO: No RTO within first 2 weeks; maximum 7 days of RTO; must include all RTO with submission 9. Returning Staff: 1 year separation rule 10. Travel/Local: Locals NOT accepted - cannot live within 50 miles of ANY Legacy facility 11. Background: NO Felony hits; must include traveler statement and WA with submission 12. Modules: Pre-start modules average 4-8 hours non-billable; orientation modules billable or attributed to NBO if completed in first 8 hours 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: All units any solid color; OR/L&D/OB Tech scrubs provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Must float within scope across Legacy Health system; refusal to float results in contract cancellation.
