Assembler

Assembler QPS Employment Group is hiring an Assembler for a company in Germantown, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 2nd shift. Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assemble LED lighting components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality Follow standardized work procedures and safety guidelines Maintain accurate production records and documentation Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards) Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Assembler Requirements: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Previous retail or fast-food restaurant experience preferred Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic technical documents Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent use of hands for assembling small components Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed Good vision (with or without correction) for detailed assembly work Manufacturing/production floor environment Exposure to light machinery and assembly equipment Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
