Full-Time Compliance and Audit Coordinator Company: EmmUcare Home Health
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience

EmmUcare Home Health is a growing home care agency dedicated to delivering dependable, high-quality care while maintaining strong standards of compliance, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

We are seeking a dependable and persistent Compliance Officer to support our compliance department. In this role, you will review, track, and maintain employee and client documentation to help ensure our records remain complete, accurate, current, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Review employee and client files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or expired documentation
• Track caregiver certifications, licenses, screenings, training requirements, and expiration dates
• Contact employees regarding outstanding or expiring documentation
• Follow up consistently until required documents and corrections are received
• Review onboarding documents, background screenings, credentials, and employment requirements
• Maintain compliance spreadsheets, tracking systems, reports, and electronic records
• Enter and update compliance information in company systems
• Assist with internal audits and preparation for external audits
• Communicate compliance concerns and documentation issues to the appropriate team members
• Help ensure employee and client records remain organized and audit-ready
• Protect confidential employee and client information
• Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with additional compliance and administrative responsibilities as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in compliance, healthcare, home care, human resources, or office administration is preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines
• Confidence communicating expectations and holding others accountable
• Willingness to follow up consistently until outstanding requirements are completed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, electronic filing systems, or similar programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures
• Professional judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
• Dependable attendance and a strong sense of responsibility
• Must have a valid drivers license
