Serves as an HR Specialist performing operational assignments in CHRA. CHRA is responsible for operational HR effectiveness worldwide to include establishing and maintaining standards and measurements, total quality management, organizational development and workforce utilization for the Army's delivery of civilian personnel administrative services.
