Dynamic Eco Home, a home improvement company, seeks a passionate and driven sales associate to join our successful and growing Sales Call Center team. Dynamic Call Center Sales Associates make outbound calls & speak to homeowners about the opportunity to save money and reduce their electricity bills. This is an entry level position . They make the magic happen, and we want you to be an integral part of that future. We are ready to Embrace the Challenge, Redefine what's possible, and Separate from the Ordinary!
What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate Selling : Individuals who are eager to develop within an exciting and successful company with a burning desire to achieve and a passion for competition
- Relationship Building : Desire to develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling - educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient and energy cost savings opportunities
- Ambitious and Resilient : Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with ongoing communication through outbound calling
- Training Initiative : Eagerness to continuously learn and grow - our comprehensive training program will give you the tools to guarantee success!
- Competitive, high-energy environment where consistency, accountability, and performance matter
Sales Representative Requirements:
- Sales experience is helpful but not required. Comfort being on the phone, taking feedback, and working toward daily goals is required.
- Shift is 10am-6pm
Sales Representative Compensation:
- Average full-time $60,000 - $100,000 yearly , with an upside of $140,000+
- $500 weekly + aggressive commission, plus weekly incentives
