MIG Welder - 1st Shift

Location: Marion, OH

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift, 6AM-2:45PM Full-Time

Adecco is currently recruiting for a MIG Welder to join a well-established, family-owned and operated manufacturing company in Marion, Ohio. This growing organization specializes in producing high-quality ATV and UTV parts and accessories and takes pride in delivering exceptional products to customers nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on ATV and UTV components and assemblies.

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.

• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience preferred.

• Ability to read measuring tools and basic blueprints.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

• Manufacturing and metal fabrication experience is a plus.
