Senior Consultant - Strategy & Commercial Due Diligence

Ullr Search is working with a specialist management consulting firm looking to hire Senior Consultants into its growing team.

The role will focus on strategy and transaction-related consulting across digital infrastructure, data centers and related markets, working with both operating businesses and financial sponsors.

Typical engagements will include:

• Portfolio review and optimisation
\n
• Commercial due diligence
\n
• Market sizing and segmentation
\n
• Competitive landscape assessment
\n
• Target screening and evaluation
\n
• Growth strategy and value creation

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong experience within a leading management consulting firm
\n
• Experience across digital infrastructure, software, media or adjacent sectors
\n
• Experience working across both commercial due diligence and strategy engagements
\n
• Experience leading workstreams and supporting the delivery of complex consulting projects
\n
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
• Top-tier academic background, with either a leading MBA or equivalent relevant consulting experience
\n
