I opened my agency in 2018 after beginning my State Farm career in 2011, first working in an agent's office and later as an Agency Field Specialist. As a second-generation State Farm agent, opening my own agency in the community where I grew up gave me the opportunity to serve the people and businesses that helped shape my career.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Tina Biscan - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Westmont.
• Our office is open 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday (Evenings and Weekend by Appointment only).
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2018.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
