**Required Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience - Travel experience required **Leadership Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience preferred **Clinical Experience:** - Level 1 Nursery, NICU II, NICU III, Neonates < 24-28 weeks, Neonates 29-34 weeks, Neonates > 34 weeks **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - STABLE preferred **Licensure:** - Must have Kansas and Missouri licenses or a compact license at the time of submission **Skills Required:** - Administration of blood & blood products - Anti-Seizure Medications - Antibiotics/Antivirals - APGAR scoring - Arterial line management - Assist with lumbar puncture - Attend High Risk Deliveries - Blood glucose monitoring - Breastfeeding Support/Handling of Breast Milk - Bubble CPAP - Central line blood draw - Central Line/Implanted Line Care - Dysrhythmia Interpretation/Management - Invasive Hemodynamic monitoring - Place/Manage oral/nasogastric/nasojejunal tubes - Respiratory distress syndrome - Suctioning (ETT, NT) - Ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP) - And more related neonatal care and intensive care skills **Preferred Skills:** - Epic charting system experience preferred **Additional Qualifications:** - Must not reside within a 75-mile radius of the facility - Must complete compliance and training as outlined, such as EPIC training and Infusion Pump training prior to start date.
