Compensation and Incentives Excellent Base Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 / hour $100 per New Lease Commission Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials – $300 every quarter What You’ll Do Deliver a welcoming experience for every resident and prospect Build trust through communication, follow-up, and consistency Take ownership of your leasing success by actively engaging and converting leads Collaborate with your team to create an inclusive, supportive environment What We’re Looking For Prior customer-facing experience required (leasing or sales a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills One to three months of related experience or training Valid driver’s license Ready to make an impact?
