This internship provides structured exposure to sales, property analysis, and operational processes within an investment-focused brokerage environment.

Internship Overview
The Real Estate Sales Intern will gain hands-on exposure to real estate transactions, lead generation, and investment-focused sales processes under the guidance of licensed professionals.

Interns may gain exposure to:

• Supporting lead generation and prospect outreach efforts
• Assisting with property research and comparative market analysis
• Observing client meetings and transaction processes
• Learning how investment properties are evaluated using market and financial metrics
• Supporting documentation and administrative processes related to active transactions
• All activities are supervised and instructional in nature.

Qualifications:

• Interest in real estate sales, property investment, or brokerage operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in both office and field environments
• Reliable and able to manage assigned responsibilities
• No prior real estate experience required
