Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in data analytics, reporting strategy, KPI definition, and enterprise reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience leading requirements gathering, translating business needs into data and reporting requirements, and collaborating with data engineering and BI teams to deliver effective analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and discovery workshops.
- Define KPIs, scorecards, reporting metrics, and reporting standards.
- Develop business requirements, user stories, process flows, data mappings, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with data architects, data engineers, and BI developers on reporting and analytics solutions.
- Lead UAT activities, defect tracking, requirements traceability, and business sign-off.
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog management, release planning, and reporting governance.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 5+ years in reporting and analytics.
- Strong SQL and Power BI experience.
- Experience with KPI definition, data analysis, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and dbt.
- Understanding of dimensional data modeling, semantic models, and reporting requirements.
- Experience with requirements management, stakeholder engagement, Agile/Scrum, and UAT leadership.
