Recruiter

LHH is partnering with a financial services organization in Baltimore seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting on a temporary basis, starting ASAP through December 2026. This role will be fully onsite, five days per week, and will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across a range of corporate and operational roles.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience managing full-cycle recruiting within financial services or similarly regulated industries.

Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite, 5 days per week)

Timeline: ASAP through December 2026, with potential for extension

Pay Rate: $27–$36 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruiting reporting and metrics tracking as needed.
• Assist with additional HR or recruiting-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (financial services or corporate recruiting preferred).
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD, five days per week.
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
