Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient

Registered Nurse Outpatient Procedure Unit

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 12 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• At least two years recent experience in the field

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care.
• Collect and analyze relevant data pertinent to the patient's health.
• Develop and implement a care plan, coordinating care delivery among healthcare team members.
• Evaluate patient progress toward attaining outcomes and provide health information to patients and families.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a safe and healing environment.
• Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.
