Sandwich Artist Closing Shift

Job Description We are hiring closers!! We have immediate openings for individuals who can provide excellent customer service and are willing to learn the responsibilities of a Store Closer. If you want to gain experience in the fast-food industry, learn cash handling procedures, assist in training newly hired team members, and learn the duties of a store closer, we would like to talk to you. As a Team Member-closer, you will be responsible for closing at this location. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Responsible for closing shifts Cash Handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for funds. Assist in training, coaching and development of newly hired Team Members. Taste product to ensure quality standards are met. Is the role-model for outstanding customer service and overall, Team Member standards. Ensures cleanliness, health and safety standards are maintained at all times. Other job-related activities as requested. Ensures company standards are maintained and complies with policies and procedures. Upholds and executes the vision and mission of Subway and assist others in doing the same. REQUIREMENTS Dependable Effective customer service skills delivered with a friendly disposition. Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively Ability to maintain a fast pace Ability to handle responsibility Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
