About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager who can own and drive aspects of the core Carefull platform and our B2B partner-facing product experience. This is a hands-on, high-impact role and part of our growing PM team. You'll be the connective tissue between our enterprise partners, our engineering team, and our business—translating complex partner needs into clear product specs, running execution with our engineering team, and using data to inform what we build next.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a roadmap. You'll be building it—and then making sure it ships. We need someone who has done this before: managed backlogs, run sprints, defined KPIs, and delivered product in a fast-moving environment where the margin for error is small and the stakes are real.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for aspects of Carefull's core Financial Safety platform and B2B partner-facing features including integrations, balancing partner requirements, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Translate enterprise partner needs into detailed product specifications and user stories that engineering can build against with confidence.
• Run sprint ceremonies, manage the backlog, and drive day-to-day execution with our engineering leads. You keep the trains running and you ship.
• Define, track, and communicate product KPIs and success metrics. You use data to make decisions, not just to report on them.
• Conduct customer discovery and user research to deeply understand the needs of financial institutions and the families they serve.
• Collaborate closely with sales to support partner conversations, inform deal strategy with product insight, and ensure what we're selling is what we're building.
• Partner with design using tools like Figma to shape intuitive, high-quality user experiences across both consumer and partner interfaces.
• Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to leadership, partners, and cross-functional teammates.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping product in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
• You are an executor first. You know how to manage a backlog, run a sprint, unblock engineers, and get product out the door—reliably and repeatedly.
• You think strategically about what to build and why, and you can articulate a product vision that connects business goals to customer needs.
• You have experience working with enterprise clients or partners—you understand their buying process, their constraints, and how to translate their requirements into scalable product decisions.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated industry is preferred. You understand what it means to build product where compliance and trust matter.
• You're comfortable with analytics tools and use data to drive prioritization and measure outcomes.
• You've worked collaboratively with design teams in tools like Figma and can contribute meaningfully to UX discussions.
• You communicate with clarity and conviction—whether writing a product spec, presenting to a partner, or pushing back on a feature request.
• You thrive in environments with ambiguity and limited structure. You don't wait to be told what to do.
• You're AI-native. You already use AI tools daily to move faster—whether it's drafting specs, analyzing data, synthesizing research, or prototyping ideas. You don't need to be convinced that AI changes how product gets built; you're already living it.
