General Production Worker

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations, assisting in various tasks such as palletizing finished forms, loading and unloading materials, and supporting machine operators. This position requires flexibility as you may need to operate a forklift or pallet jack. While most of your work will be indoors, there will be occasions where outdoor tasks are necessary, so comfort with working in different environments is important. Candidates should also be comfortable with physical work in a dusty environment.

Responsibilities

• Palletize finished forms and manage material handling.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist machine operators in daily tasks.
• Adapt to both indoor and outdoor work environments.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor and production.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and material handling equipment.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a dusty and potentially dirty environment.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Desire to advance into a lead position.
• Experience in construction is beneficial.

Work Environment

Our work environment is predominantly indoors, with 80% of tasks occurring inside our facility. Employees will not be required to travel to different sites, ensuring a stable and consistent workplace. The role involves some outdoor work and requires adaptability to varying conditions. Attire includes company-provided uniforms when performing well.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Michael, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
