BD Manager

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; must have resources in cross-border finance, last-mile logistics, and the gaming industry, as well as work experience in related upstream and downstream ecosystems (e.g., payments, advertising);
2. Quick-witted, high emotional intelligence, strong communication and interpersonal skills, business and public relations capabilities, strong execution skills, and a strong commitment to customer service;
3. 4–6 years of work experience; candidates with outstanding experience working on the client side may be considered regardless of years of experience;
4. Ability to independently establish key contacts and deeply understand and capture client needs to facilitate successful deals;
5. Basic spoken English skills are preferred; willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required. Countries for Assignment: Brazil, Pakistan, Dubai, Indonesia, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop new clients through various channels and scheduled visits, establish partnerships with clients, and meet sales targets;
2. Proactively maintain good relationships with clients, promptly understand their needs, and fully leverage various resources to build client loyalty; 3. Conduct research on potential and existing clients, implement effective client segmentation, follow up regularly through various methods to maintain strong relationships, and promptly review client status;

4. Be familiar with the industry ecosystem and facilitate sales through client referrals by leveraging ecosystem resources to drive growth. Short-term assignments: Southeast Asia, South America, etc. Compensation Structure: Commission-free base salary + Client Development Bonus + Quarterly Bonus + Overseas Assignment Allowance (Total compensation: 25–35k) Work Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, weekends off
