Entry Level Sales Representative

Atlanta Group Inc. is seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to support new business development, customer acquisition, territory management, and client relationship building. This role is ideal for an ambitious, customer-focused professional who enjoys face-to-face sales, meeting performance goals, and developing toward leadership opportunities through hands-on training and coaching. How You'll Contribute Prospect for and generate new business leads. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate products and services to prospective customers. Manage an assigned territory and identify opportunities for customer acquisition and market growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions. Represent the company and its clients with professionalism, energy, integrity, and a customer-first mindset. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and business-development goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in Salesforce. Participate in ongoing sales, product, leadership, and professional-development training. Support the coaching and development of a small to medium-sized team as leadership responsibilities are earned. Assist with planning and executing national conference calls and annual team events. What Makes You a Great Fit Prior experience in direct sales, retail sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role is preferred. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset. Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated customer service and negotiation abilities. Ability to build rapport, understand business needs, and maintain professional client relationships. Interest in sales, account management, business development, and leadership development. Experience with territory management is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred. Comfort learning and using sales technology and reporting tools. Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of individual performance goals. Minimal professional experience is welcome; extensive in-house training is provided.
