SANITATION WORKER Clean It. Shine It. Own It. Do you take pride in making things sparkle? As a Sanitation Worker, you’ll be one of the behind-the-scenes heroes who keeps our facility clean, safe, and ready for production. When the morning crew arrives, your work helps them hit the ground running! What You’ll Do Bring on the Shine: Spray, wash, sanitize, and dry production pans, trays, racks, utensils, and machine parts. Take Out the Trash: Empty trash, compost, and recycling bins throughout the plant and transport waste to the appropriate outdoor dumpsters or compactors. Make Every Surface Count: Sweep, mop, squeegee, and scrub floors, walls, drains, processing areas, and break areas. Clean Safely: Properly dilute, label, and handle cleaning chemicals by following SDS guidelines and company safety procedures Prep for Production: Ensure equipment and work areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the incoming morning shift. Tackle the Tough Stuff: Complete deep-cleaning projects and other duties assigned by the Sanitation Supervisor.
