What You'll Be Doing Own the month-end close process and financial reporting activities. Lead project accounting, job costing, revenue recognition, and WIP reporting. Analyze project performance, billings, accruals, and profitability. Partner directly with operational leaders and project teams to support business decisions. Build and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Mentor and develop accounting staff while helping drive a positive, collaborative culture. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Prior leadership or management experience. Hands-on Work in Progress (WIP) accounting experience is required. Strong understanding of job costing and project-based accounting. Advanced Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system. Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders alike. Construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other project-driven industry experience is highly valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
