We especially welcome Product professionals with background in portfolio management, trading, or wealth services. This role is located in New York, NY or Jersey City, NJ.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Full ownership of the product backlog and near-term roadmap ensuring that it is properly refined, prioritized, and groomed.Agile Ceremony Ownership across POD, including tracking velocity and identifying efficiencies for teams.Ownership of user stories, refinement process, and stakeholder management through ongoing collaboration and updates.Ownership of technical design decisions, product performance monitoring, and tracking and analyzing key product metrics.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.8-10+ years of product experience with expertise in creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.Experience in the financial industry preferred.Proven experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.Experience managing daily technical and design direction.Experience working with a Wealth Service Platform, Portfolio Management, and/or Trading.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself—check out the latest BNY news at:BNY NewsroomBNY LinkedInHere’s a few of our recent awards:America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune, 2025“Most Just Companies,” Just Capital and CNBC, 2025Our Benefits and Rewards:BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $104,000 and $228,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
