Accounting Clerk

Job Title

Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of this position is to assist the Staff Accountants on a daily basis with the processing of pay requests, invoices, and other project related items.

Other duties include:

• Assist Compliance Managers as needed with subcontractor compliance items; this includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the scanning of subcontractor compliance materials
• Assist CFO as needed
• Assist Accounts Payable Specialist as needed; this includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the collection and processing of monthly credit card reports
• Assist in duties as assigned

All team members are expected to do the following:

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
• Represent Parrish in a professional manner in action, appearance & attitude

Job Requirements:

• Language Skills: Team Member must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Other Skills and Abilities Needed: Ability to proficiently operate a computer and work with specific computer software such as: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Candidate must have excellent attention to detail. Accounting background is preferred
