Supervisor Table Games

Responsibilities:

• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must have a good sound knowledge of table procedures.
• Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps. (i.e. dinners concerts and entertainment)
• Must have a knowledge of all procedures including fills credits bank rolls marker play and irregularities.
• Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.
• Must have excellent leadership skills to supervise dealers.
• Continued training sessions required.

Competencies:

• Directly supervises up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department.

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.

• Responsibilities include training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.

• The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and extreme heat.

• Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Target Salary Range:

• $22.05 per hour
