Job Description Position: Communications Specialist I Responsibilities: Support internal/organizational communications initiatives, including editing/writing short internal news copy, maintaining and updating SharePoint content, creating and editing videos, and supporting meetings and events. Assist with survey and report creation, campus TV network updates, budget setup, PO tracking, email distribution, and DL management. Handle ad hoc requests from the global headquarters and communications team. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in communications or related fields; internal J&J communications/marketing experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Communications or equivalent. Proficiency in computer skills including Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, MS Word, SharePoint, and Photoshop. Experience with budget tracking (Excel), project tracking (Ariba), and expense management (GRX). Strong organizational skills including calendar management, event planning, and logistics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or in teams. Experience supporting global organizations is a plus.
